The registration rate includes breakfast for each day and lunch on the 4th and 5th.
Location:
Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel is South Lake Tahoe’s only all-suite lodging option. Right at the base of Heavenly Mountain Resort. Moments from world-class gaming, dining, ice-skating, golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, entertainment, and lake activities.
Reservations include:
- Suite with two rooms
- Full Breakfast Buffet
- Living room with large flat screen TV, sofa bed, armchair, and a well-lit dining/work table area
- Kitchenette area with a small refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, and coffee maker
- Bedroom with one king or two queen beds, a second TV and a bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo, plush towels, and a hairdryer
Rooms are available at The Lake Tahoe Resort with the Directors of Public Health Nursing Group at a rate of $119.00 per night for a King Suite and $139.00 per night for a Two Queen Suite. The Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel is pleased to offer the following to attendees with the Directors of Public Health Nursing:

· Valet parking for $10 per day
Transportation:
Transportation from Reno Tahoe International Airport is provided by South Tahoe Airporter. The fee for the South Tahoe Airporter is $32.75 one way, $59 round trip. It runs on a daily schedule: http://southtahoeairporter.com/current-schedule. Reservations are recommended.
Continuing Education Units
The Directors of Public Health Nursing is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 13750, for 7.0 contact hours.
Cancellation Policy
· All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, August 23, 2019.
· No refunds will be made after this date. Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee.
· Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed.
