September 3-5 DPHN Members Only – $600.00
This includes and CEUs offered during the program, breakfast and lunch on the 3rd and 4th, and breakfast on the 5th.
September 3rd Only Education Day – $250.00
This includes breakfast and lunch along with any CEUs offered for the day.
Sponsor – $1,000.00
This includes:
Supplied Materials distributed in participants packets,
Exhibit Table and chairs outside the conference room for the first day of the conference
15 minutes to introduce yourself and the product to the participants before the start of the conference,
Lunch with participants

The registration rate includes breakfast and lunch on the 3rd and 4th and breakfast on the 5th. There are no meals included for the 2nd. Registration must be paid in order to attend the conference. No attendee will be admitted if registration is pending.
