Registrants will receive personalized invitations for the virtual meetings via zoom, please do not share your link with other people.
Registration must be completed, including payment, before you will receive the session links.
5.19.22 DPHN Virtual Spring Conference
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@dphn.org by Friday, May 13, 2022.
No refunds will be made after this date. Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed. Registered attendees will be notified by email in the event of cancellation. Send written cancellation requests via email to Admin@DPHN.org.
