The registration rate includes breakfast and lunch on the 12th and 13th and breakfast on the 14th. There are no meals included for the 11th. Registration must be paid in order to attend the conference. No attendee will be admitted if registration is pending.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is by the Capital City Freeway, across the street from shopping and dining at the Arden Fair mall. The hotel features an outdoor pool, a fitness center and free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Monday, March 4, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee. Send written cancellation requests via email to admin@DPHN.org.
If registration is cancelled due to non-payment of the registration fee, attendee is responsible for all travel and associated costs.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed. Registered attendees will be notified by email in the event of cancellation.
