September 4-6 DPHN Members Only – $600.00
This includes and CEUs offered during the program, breakfast and lunch on the 4th and 5th, and breakfast on the 6th.
September 4th Only Education Day – $250.00
This includes breakfast and lunch along with any CEUs offered for the day.
Sponsor – $1,000.00
This includes:
Supplied Materials distributed in participants packets,
Exhibit Table and chairs outside the conference room,
15 minutes to introduce yourself and the product to the participants before the start of the conference,
Lunch with participants
